Personalized Levels of Addiction Care for Fremont-Area Clients

Effective addiction treatment should reflect the needs and circumstances of the individual. Substance use history, physical and mental health, previous treatment experiences, and personal recovery goals can all influence which services and level of care are appropriate.

At Mission Field Treatment, our clinical team develops individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed approaches, and ongoing clinical support. Treatment gives clients an opportunity to better understand patterns connected to substance use, strengthen coping strategies, and develop practical skills that can support continued sobriety after completing a program.

Whether someone is entering treatment for the first time or returning to professional care following a relapse, our team provides a structured path forward based on the client’s current needs.

Medically Supported Detox Near Fremont, NE

For individuals who have developed physical dependence on alcohol or certain drugs, detoxification may be the first stage of treatment. Withdrawal experiences vary considerably, and some substances can produce symptoms that require professional medical attention.

Our medical detox program near Fremont provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can begin recovery under the care of trained medical professionals. During detox, our team carefully monitors symptoms, provides medications when appropriate, and helps clients safely stabilize before transitioning into the next level of care.

Completing detox in a professionally supervised setting can help clients manage the early stages of withdrawal while preparing physically and mentally for continued addiction treatment.

Residential Addiction Treatment Serving Fremont

Following detox, residential care can provide additional structure for individuals who need a focused treatment environment. Our inpatient drug and alcohol rehab program serving Fremont-area clients allows individuals to temporarily step away from everyday triggers and responsibilities while concentrating on recovery.

Residential treatment includes:

Throughout residential care, clients work with clinicians and addiction treatment professionals to explore factors contributing to substance use and address co-occurring mental health concerns when clinically appropriate.

The goal is to help clients establish healthier patterns, strengthen recovery skills, and develop a solid foundation they can continue building upon as they transition into less intensive levels of care.

Structured Day Treatment Through PHP

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) near Fremont provides a structured level of treatment for clients who are ready for increased independence while continuing to receive significant clinical support.

PHP typically involves several hours of therapeutic programming throughout the day and can serve as an important transition between residential and outpatient care. Clients continue working on recovery goals, coping strategies, behavioral patterns, and other areas identified in their individualized treatment plans.

This level of care can help clients maintain momentum in recovery while gradually preparing for the additional responsibilities and independence associated with outpatient treatment.

Flexible Recovery Support Through IOP

Continuing care can play an important role in maintaining progress after more intensive stages of addiction treatment. As clients return to everyday responsibilities, having consistent therapeutic support can help them navigate challenges without losing focus on recovery.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) near Fremont allows clients to continue receiving structured treatment while returning to work, school, or family responsibilities.

IOP typically includes multiple therapy sessions each week focused on:

  • Relapse prevention
  • Coping skills
  • Stress management
  • Healthy relationships
  • Emotional regulation
  • Recovery maintenance

Many clients enter IOP after completing residential treatment or PHP. Depending on an individual’s circumstances and clinical assessment, however, intensive outpatient treatment may also be an appropriate starting point.

Transitional Living and Ongoing Recovery Support

Moving directly from a highly structured treatment environment back into everyday life may not be appropriate for everyone. Transitional living can provide an additional period of stability while clients practice the routines and recovery skills developed during treatment.

Mission Field Treatment offers transitional living near Fremont for clients seeking additional structure after residential care.

Transitional living provides:

  • Stable housing
  • Peer accountability
  • Continued recovery support
  • Healthy routines
  • Life skills development
  • Community integration

By providing additional structure during the transition toward independent living, this environment can help clients strengthen healthy habits, practice personal responsibility, and continue building confidence in their recovery.

You know what they got me clean and sober I'm still sober very good staff and classes covering addiction from every aspect if you are good they will get you McDonald's 😆 🤣 😂

Without any questions they saved my life, the owners and the staff walk the walk.

I feel like I owe my lifet to jery+ Vic+ mission field+all the staff 🙏♥️ I was taken by ambulance to a treatment facility in Grand Island and I was turned away refused admittance because I am on Suboxone? I was literally days away from completely dying from alcoholism 😞..I went to a detox in Lincoln after I was done they personally drove to pick me up and bring me to mission field it saved my life!! the whole experience helped me a lot I have been sober since October 11th 2024 thank you mission field ♥️ also the food was out of this world I miss it still everyday ☺️ if you are fortunate enough I'm blessed to get into mission field don't take it for granted give it everything you have you won't regret it! ♥️

I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for Mission Field. The staff is loving and understanding in your time of need. They are there to help you truly find yourself again through the struggles of addiction. Definitely the place to go if you are looking for a dedicated family of staff to help you through these struggles and hardships.

This place saved my life! It's hands down the best treatment center I've been too. Being a Christ centered facility, there is a spirit of hope throughout it that could only be placed there by God himself. They do optional Bible studies in the morning and they have a library full of great reads! Vic and Jeri are 2 of the most caring people I know and the staff is one of a kind! 10/10 highly recommend!
