Personalized Levels of Addiction Care for La Vista, Nebraska

Successful addiction treatment should reflect the needs of the individual rather than follow the same path for everyone. Substance use can be influenced by physical health, emotional well-being, past experiences, mental health concerns, family dynamics, and many other factors. We consider these circumstances when developing an individualized treatment plan for each client.

At Mission Field Treatment, our clinical professionals combine evidence-based treatment methods with trauma-informed care and personalized recovery planning. Clients have opportunities to explore the factors connected to their substance use, develop healthier responses to triggers and stress, and establish practical strategies for maintaining sobriety after treatment.

Whether this is your first time seeking addiction treatment or you’re returning to recovery following a relapse, our team can help you determine an appropriate next step.

Medically Supported Detox Near La Vista

For some people, safely stopping drug or alcohol use is the first challenge of recovery. Withdrawal can produce symptoms that range from uncomfortable to potentially serious, depending on the substance, frequency of use, and other individual health factors.

Our medical detox program near La Vista gives clients a supervised setting in which to begin the stabilization process. Medical professionals monitor each client’s condition, help manage withdrawal symptoms, and may provide medications when clinically appropriate.

Completing detox in a professional setting can provide a safer transition away from substance use while helping clients prepare physically and mentally for the therapeutic work that follows.

Residential Drug & Alcohol Treatment Near La Vista

A structured residential environment can be especially valuable during the early stages of recovery. Our inpatient drug and alcohol rehab near La Vista gives clients dedicated time away from many of the routines, pressures, and triggers that can interfere with recovery.

Residential treatment includes:

Throughout residential care, clients work alongside clinicians and addiction treatment professionals to better understand their substance use and develop healthier patterns for the future. When clinically appropriate, treatment can also address co-occurring mental health concerns that may complicate recovery.

The objective is to give each client a stable foundation they can continue building on as they move into greater independence and long-term recovery.

Structured Support Through Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) near La Vista provides a highly structured level of treatment for clients who can begin taking on more independence while continuing to receive substantial clinical support.

Clients in PHP participate in several hours of programming and therapeutic services throughout the day. This creates an important bridge between more intensive treatment and outpatient care for individuals who no longer need around-the-clock supervision but aren’t yet ready for a less structured treatment schedule.

During this stage, clients can continue strengthening recovery skills, addressing behavioral and emotional challenges, and preparing for the responsibilities that come with greater independence.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment Near La Vista

Completing residential care doesn’t mean the work of recovery is finished. Continued therapy, healthy routines, and accountability can play an important role as clients begin applying what they’ve learned to everyday life.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) near La Vista provides structured addiction treatment with greater scheduling flexibility, allowing many clients to balance recovery with responsibilities such as work, school, and family.

IOP typically includes multiple therapy sessions each week focused on:

  • Relapse prevention
  • Coping skills
  • Stress management
  • Healthy relationships
  • Emotional regulation
  • Recovery maintenance

IOP can serve as the next step after inpatient treatment or PHP, helping clients maintain continuity as the intensity of care gradually decreases. Depending on an individual’s needs and clinical assessment, some clients may also enter treatment directly at the outpatient level.

Transitional Living and Ongoing Recovery Support

The transition from intensive treatment back to independent living can present new challenges. For some clients, immediately returning to their previous living situation may expose them to stressors, environments, or routines that make early recovery more difficult.

Mission Field Treatment offers transitional living near La Vista for clients who can benefit from additional structure and stability as they move forward after residential care.

Transitional living provides:

  • Stable housing
  • Peer accountability
  • Continued recovery support
  • Healthy routines
  • Life skills development
  • Community integration

A supportive living environment gives clients additional time to put new habits into practice, strengthen their independence, and establish routines that support sobriety before fully transitioning back into everyday life.

You know what they got me clean and sober I'm still sober very good staff and classes covering addiction from every aspect if you are good they will get you McDonald's 😆 🤣 😂

Without any questions they saved my life, the owners and the staff walk the walk.

I feel like I owe my lifet to jery+ Vic+ mission field+all the staff 🙏♥️ I was taken by ambulance to a treatment facility in Grand Island and I was turned away refused admittance because I am on Suboxone? I was literally days away from completely dying from alcoholism 😞..I went to a detox in Lincoln after I was done they personally drove to pick me up and bring me to mission field it saved my life!! the whole experience helped me a lot I have been sober since October 11th 2024 thank you mission field ♥️ also the food was out of this world I miss it still everyday ☺️ if you are fortunate enough I'm blessed to get into mission field don't take it for granted give it everything you have you won't regret it! ♥️

I wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for Mission Field. The staff is loving and understanding in your time of need. They are there to help you truly find yourself again through the struggles of addiction. Definitely the place to go if you are looking for a dedicated family of staff to help you through these struggles and hardships.

This place saved my life! It's hands down the best treatment center I've been too. Being a Christ centered facility, there is a spirit of hope throughout it that could only be placed there by God himself. They do optional Bible studies in the morning and they have a library full of great reads! Vic and Jeri are 2 of the most caring people I know and the staff is one of a kind! 10/10 highly recommend!
