A decision to seek help for a substance abuse problem is always the right one, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Yes, the outcome of drug or alcohol treatment at Mission Field Treatment is freedom from addiction — but entering a treatment facility takes courage and can be wrought with all sorts of unknowns for clients and their families. Clients and families may experience a host of emotions, including confusion and fear about how to get the help they need: not only are they asking questions about the safety and success of treatment, but they’re also wondering whether they will be able to afford the cost of treatment and whether they will even qualify for admission to our center in the first place.
For this reason, at Mission Field, we have designed our admissions process to be as clear and convenient as possible for prospective clients and their families. Our caring admissions staff is attentive to all the common concerns and considerations that may hinder getting much-needed help for an addiction. They are here to answer questions about the admissions process, offer advice about available treatment options, and assist clients and families in getting the substance abuse care they need, whether that care is at Mission Filed or elsewhere.

This strong commitment to your privacy continues throughout treatment and so that no matter where you find yourself along the full continuum of care we offer, you can rest assured your health information is secure with us.
- Transparency — At no time in the admissions process should you feel like you cannot ask questions that don’t get real answers. Our admissions department is trained to offer you clear, accessible information upfront about your various treatment options and what they entail regarding provided services and costs.
- Needs-based Treatment Guarantee — We will do everything we can here at Mission Field to make it possible for prospective clients to find treatment for a drug or alcohol addiction that meets their needs. There are instances when, for various reasons, our rehab center may not provide the best treatment option for a client and their family, depending on factors like their care needs, health insurance, and financial considerations. If/when our admissions criteria cannot accommodate prospective clients and their families, we are committed to pointing them toward other addiction recovery resources that will better serve their particular needs.
